- 300 grams of flour
- water as needed
- 300 grams of oil (for frying)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 piece of yeast
- 300 g cheese
- parsley to taste
Dissolve the yeast in a glass of warm water. Mix the flour with a glass of water and add the salt and baking powder.
Mix the flour by adding water until the mixture is soft and sticky.
Add the ricotta.
Mix everything with a spoon and let the dough rest for an hour.
Warm up plenty of oil in a frying pan high.
