- 50 g butter
- 170 g sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 500 g cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1.5 dl cream
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Grease a baking dish 20 cm, sprinkle with crushed cookies, and put in the refrigerator. Mix sugar and cornstarch.
Stir in the ricotta, egg, cream and vanilla.
Bake in preheated oven at 220 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Allow to cool at least 3 hours and then serve.
